Aurora
Aurora is a strong, gentle manatee with a heart as big as the ocean. Gliding gracefully through the water, her beautiful gray body always keeps a watchful eye on her two calves, Sol and Rayo. Protective by nature, Aurora ensures her family stays safe, but she also has a love for adventure. Always ready to explore new places, she teaches her calves about the wonders of the sea. Though not a loud leader, Aurora’s love and bravery guide the family on exciting journeys.
Sol
Sol is a young manatee with a bright color that shines in the water like the sun. He’s older than his brother Rayo and is calm and caring, always looking out for his family. Sol had a hard time expressing himself when he was younger, but he works hard to get better every day. He’s patient and helps keep Rayo safe when his curious little brother gets into trouble.
Rayo
Rayo is a bundle of energy and excitement! Always ready to explore, his bright eyes are full of wonder as he zooms around, eager to see everything. Although he started his journey a little slower than most, he’s full of energy and determination now. Sometimes his curiosity gets him into awkward situations, but he’s always the first to rush ahead, diving into new adventures with his family, who are always there to keep an eye on him.
Dante
Dante is a sleek, elegant stingray with wide, flowing wings that help him glide through the water. Originally from Syracuse in Sicily, he wasn’t always as graceful as he is now. When he was young, he struggled to keep up. But over time, Dante became a strong and beautiful swimmer. He loves exploring new places with his wise friend Caretta, and together, they make a perfect team.
Caretta
Caretta has a shell that looks like a beautiful sunset, with warm shades of brown and red. She was born in Syracuse in Sicily. She’s very old and very wise, and she’s known Dante since he was a little ray. Caretta’s calm wisdom and love for adventure make her a wonderful friend, always ready for the next discovery. She knows the sea as well as her own shell and is a steady guide for Dante and anyone who wants to explore with her.
